Biography

Mr. Emurian obtained his undergraduate degree in Economics from California State University, Northridge. He thereafter obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School, being placed on the Dean's List and participating in the Negotiation Honors Program. While in law school, Mr. Emurian also worked as a law clerk for Stone Busailah, LLP, where he gained valuable experience working alongside the firm partners defending deputy sheriffs and police officers at various stages of their disciplinary and criminal proceedings.

After graduating law school, Mr. Emurian worked as an attorney for a boutique workers' compensation defense firm, where he learned the nuances of representing various public organizations, including counties, municipalities, and school districts before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board. He then transitioned his skills to representing homeowners insurance carriers in the defense of cases brought forth by residential employees.

Joining Lewis, Marenstein, Wicke, Sherwin & Lee, Mr. Emurian brings with him the knowledge of insurance defense in a wide array of claims, and uses this knowledge to strategically litigate on behalf of injured workers. He is a seasoned trial attorney and a problem solver who uses all tools and remedies available under the law to effectuate his client's goals.
