Mr. Sheikh joined Lewis, Marenstein, Wicke, Sherwin & Lee in January 2017, bringing with him a broad knowledge of workers' compensation law developed over years of zealous advocacy on behalf of injured workers. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University in 2005. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor form Southwestern Law School in 2011, where he earned the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Sales and served as the research assistant for the director of the Legal Analysis, Writing and Skills Program. He is well-versed in all phases of Workers' Compensation litigation, from defending clients in depositions and conducting physician cross-examinations, to drafting persuasive pleadings and presenting cases before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, and has successfully handled claims for a wide variety of clients.
