Robert J. Sherwin

Mr. Sherwin graduated
from California State University at Northridge in 1970 with a B.A.
degree, and from Loyola University School of Law in 1974. He was
Deputy City Attorney for the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office
from 1974 through 1984, spending five years prosecuting criminal
misdemeanors, and five years defending the City in workers'
compensation claims. He joined the firm in 1984, and is a member
of the California Applicant's Attorney Association and Los Angeles
County Bar Association. He is certified by the State Bar of
California as a specialist in workers' compensation and is a
regular contributing editor to various employee organization
magazines, including California State Firefighters Magazine and
The Blue Line.
Mr. Sherwin is an avid
baseball fan and participates in Mens Senior/Adult Baseball. He
has captured eight world series championships in the Mens
Senior/Adult Baseball World Series. When not advocating for
injured workers, you can find Mr. Sherwin on the baseball field!
